Our partnerships and programs support the poorest, most marginalized young people, families and communities, particularly children and families from the mountains, and impoverished rural communities.

We focus on areas where our work can have greatest impact and for those most in need, particularly children from impoverished rural communities in the mountains of Solu Khumbu, Nepal.

We support underfunded primary schools, in rural contexts, improving the quality and reach of education for communities most in need.

We strive at providing practical education and skills for children of the mountain communities, through vocational training, enabling them to find sustainable jobs within their environment in Solu Khumbu, Nepal. Our goal is to manage to keep communities within their prevailing environment in the mountains, by providing them jobs, and thus avoiding rural exodus to the capital.

Advancing education improves knowledge and skills, resulting in improved confidence, employment opportunities and well-being on an individual and family level and impacting positively on socio-economic development on a wider level.

We support health services to reduce illness and disease and reducing the financial burden on families and individuals in accessing health services, in rural areas of the mountains of Solu Khumbu, Nepal.

Our work increasing awareness of healthy living and disease prevention also promotes the request for health services within these mountain communities.

Sustainable community development and active citizenship are also at the heart of our work. By involving and empowering beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders in projects we advance citizenship and encourage and support beneficiaries to become agents of development and change.

We encourage rural communities to remain in their geographical and socio-economic environment by helping at creating sources of revenues as well as improving living conditions through access to health & education services for the most disadvantaged families.

Individuals benefit by becoming key to the process of development whilst wider society benefits through positive transformation of communities and effective solutions to development issues.
