When you donate to Solu^Cham or volunteer with us you will be asked to provide personal information, including title, first name, last name, address, social media handles and email address. Information is stored on this website and is only accessible via a password protected login. Solu^Cham does not have access to your credit/debit card details, this information is held by our payments processor, which is either Paypal or Stripe.

The data we keep is only to allow us to send you information about the work of the charity or your role as a volunteer and/or donor. Only necessary data is shared with our partner in Nepal, that being information which is absolutely relevant.

If you would like to know what information we hold about you or how your data has been processed, you have the right under the GDPR to submit a Subject Access Request by emailing or calling us.
